How to Make Pasta Like a Pro
During our two-hour long Italian cooking class, we learned how to make the most perfect ravioli dough, how to fill and cut raviolis, and how to make a delicious butter and sage pasta sauce.
Here are a few helpful tips for getting the most out of this Zoom cooking class:
- You’ll get a list of ingredients beforehand
- One serving is four precious raviolis, so come full or double the recipe
- Prepare and measure out your ingredients ahead of time
- Have your wine chilled and ready to sip on as soon as the class starts
Step-by-step, Luca and Lorenzo walked us through how to make the ravioli. From making the dough and rolling it out perfectly to sharing some of the best Italian cooking secrets!
Throughout the class, they were constantly providing feedback on our creations. Honestly, it felt like we were sitting in their Tuscan kitchen right there with them.
Fun Fact: Did you know the center of garlic is what causes digestive issues and bad breath?!
We even learned the proper Italian way to cheers (saluti) as we celebrated our beautiful creations! While cheersing, look each other in the eye, gently tap the bottom of your glass on the table, and drink up! 😉
Once our ravioli was complete, we enjoyed devouring every single bite…
After two hours of cooking and sipping wine, your heart and stomach will be completely satisfied! Not to mention, you’ll feel like you traveled to Tuscany, without ever leaving your kitchen 😉
We highly recommend signing up for this Zoom cooking class, whether it be for a family activity, girls night, or a mini team retreat. Undoubtedly, you will love every second of it! Saluti!
