Kopila Valley Visit: Day Five in Surkhet, Nepal
Day 5 of our time here in Nepal is complete, and it was our last full day here in Surkhet before we head back to Kathmandu for the remainder of our trip.
Yesterday we were able to visit the new campus construction here at Kopila Valley, which when completed, will be the most sustainable school on the planet. How incredible is that?! This inspired us to launch our first ever fundraising campaign to help complete this extroadinary project.
Our goal? To raise $10,000 to help Kopila finish building the new school of their dreams. But we need your help, chica! If you feel pulled to donate, you can do so right here.
We also had the amazing opportunity to visit the women’s center, to learn everything they’re doing to support the inspiring ladies here in Nepal. From menstruation awareness, to mental health counseling, they truly are an invaluable resource.
Check the video below to see the recap of our day!
